A savory side dish to compliment any meal.


  • 6 ripe avocados
  • 1 tomato
  • ½ onion
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1 tablespoon salt


  1. Cut open and scoop the avocados into a mixing bowl.
  2. Use a masher to mash finely until it is a creamy texture.
  3. Dice the tomato, onion, and cilantro and place into the mixing bowl. Add in salt and lime juice.
  4. Mix thoroughly until everything is blended well. Add extra seasoning according to preference.
  5. Enjoy!
