Chimichurri Sauce

A flavorful sauce that goes great with meats and vegetables.


  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • ½ cup avocado oil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • ½ teaspoon salt


  1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor.
  2. Pulse for up to a minute until everything is combined.
  3. Refrigerate or serve room temperature.
  4. Enjoy!
