Cinnamon Apple Bites

A sweet dessert or topping without the added sugar.


  • 2 apples (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt


  1. Cut the apples into bite-size pieces and remove the cores.
  2. Heat a saucepan over medium heat with the ghee.
  3. Add in the remaining ingredients and stir making sure the apples are fully coated.
  4. Cook until the apples are your desired tenderness while stirring frequently.
  5. Enjoy!
