Baked Pesto Chicken
A fast and filling all-time favorite dish.
- 1 lb chicken (thighs or beasts)
- ½ cup pesto sauce
- Preheat oven to 375F (185 C).
- Rinse the chicken and pat dry.
- In a mixing bowl pour half the pesto sauce.
- Add in the chicken pieces and fully coat with the pesto sauce.
- Place into a baking dish and make sure the chicken is evenly spread out.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
- Take the dish out of the oven and top with the remaining pesto sauce.
