Chimichurri Steak

An easy twist to flavor your favorite steak.
Ingredients
- 2 steaks (flank, sirloin, skirt)
- ½ cup chimichurri sauce
Directions
- Place steaks in a large food storage bag and marinate with sauce.
- Store in refrigerator for several hours while it soaks in the seasoning.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steaks.
- Cook until desired temperature.
