Steak with Béarnaise Sauce

A delicious dish perfect for special occassions.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz steak (sirloin or flank)
  • 4 tablespoons béarnaise sauce
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 3 tablespoons garlic sauce (coconut secret)
  • 4 tablespoons coconut amino teriyaki sauce (primal kitchen)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon ghee

Directions

  1. Season the steak with all the dry ingredients. Make sure it is evenly seasoned.
  2. Place steak into a bowl. Add the minced garlic and both sauces.
  3. Fully coat the steaks and set aside to marinate for about 15-30 minutes prior to cooking.
  4. Once ready, melt the ghee in a large pan on medium-high heat.
  5. Add the steak and cook to your preference.
  6. Set aside on a cutting board and cut into smaller pieces.
  7. Once plated add béarnaise sauce on top.
  8. Accompany with sautéed vegetables or rosemary potatoes.
  9. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp
  • 3 tablespoons garlic (minced)

Directions

  1. Heat the avocado oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add shrimp to a bowl and toss with minced garlic, ghee, and parsley.
  3. Once fully coated, add shrimp to the pan and begin cooking.
  4. Flip the shrimp once one side is done and add in the remaining ingredients.

Ingredients

Chicken

  • ½ lb ground chicken
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons coco amino original seasoning sauce and marinade (coconut secret)

Burger

  • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2  medium onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 ripe tomato (sliced)
  • 1 iceberg lettuce head (small)
  • 1½ tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup aioli (undivided food co)

Directions

  1. Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the onions, mushrooms and reduce the heat to medium-low.
  3. Stir occasionally until the onions are browned.
  4. Add 1 tablespoon of water to the skillet and continue cooking until onions begin sizzling.
  5. Repeat until the onions are dark brown and extremely caramelized, about 3 times.
  6. Transfer to a bowl and let them cool.
  7. Place the ground chicken into a bowl.  Season with the dry ingredients.
  8. Shape the ground chicken into four patties.
  9. Heat the remaining avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  10. Swirl the oil to make a thin layer. When the oil is very hot, add the burger patties.
  11. Cook the patties fully through on both sides. Add in the seasoning sauce.
  12. Peel the lettuce to a create your “buns.” Set aside.
  13. Assemble your burger with the cooked ingredients in order of preference.
  14. Wrap in parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  15. Accompanies well with animal-style fries.

Rice

  • 1½ cups cauliflower rice

  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ½ lime (juiced)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil

Guacamole

Pico De Gallo

  • 1 tomato (diced)
  • ½ onion (diced)
  • 1 tablespoons cilantro (chopped)
  • ½ lime (juiced)

Directions

  1. Season chicken with the dry ingredients and put into a bowl.
  2. Add in the seasoning sauce and let it marinade for several minutes.
  3. Heat avocado oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Add in the cauliflower rice and the remaining ingredients for the rice.
  5. Cook fully through, making sure the rice is evenly seasoned. Once cooked, set aside.
  6. Heat the avocado oil and sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  7. Once hot, add in the chicken. Cook fully through on all sides.
  8. Transfer to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes. Dice the chicken into small cubes.
  9. Spoon the cauliflower rice into serving bowls and top with the chicken.
  10. Add in the pico de gallo and top with half the guacamole per bowl.
  11. Garnish with cilantro or parsley if desired. Accompany with your favorite salsa.
