Tuscan Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken
- 1 lb chicken (breast or thigh)
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Topping
- 2 tomatoes (diced)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons onion (diced)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ lime (juiced)
Directions
- Season chicken with the dry ingredients and set aside.
- Heat the ghee in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add in the chicken and cook fully through on all sides.
- Meanwhile combine all the ingredients for the topping.
- Transfer the chicken to a plate. Add the topping.
- Drizzle the balsamic vinegar on top.
- Enjoy!
