Pesto Sauce

A wonderful sauce that accompanies many dishes.


  • 2 cups basil leaves (packed)
  • ½ cup avocado oil
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • ½ cup pine nuts
  • ½ teaspoon salt


  1. Place basil, pine nuts, garlic, and salt into a food processor.
  2. Pulse until all ingredients are finely chopped.
  3. Add in the avocado oil and blend until combined.
  4. If needed, add more avocado oil until desired consistency.
  5. Enjoy!
